Whale and dolphin watch cruises come round to the bay from nearby Eyemouth to catch a glimpse of the local marine life. A few miles away from Coldingham is St Abbs, which was featured in the new Marvel End Game film. Neighbouring St Abbs featured as Asgard, home of Thor and his family.
The beach is used for swimming, sailing, fishing, surfing, wind surfing and canoeing. There is zoning for water sports.
