Public sessions run from 20th July on Mondays

The meeting point for Swim Safe is the Bude Sea Pool Hub based at Bude Sea Pool, Summerleaze Beach. There are registration signs directing participants to the SwimSafe Bude Hub which will be set between two large Swim Safe flags.

Pay and Display car parking is available at Summerleaze and Crooklets beaches. Please allow plenty of time to find parking as Bude is exceptionally busy in the summer. There will be a 10-15 min walk from parking to the SwimSafe Bude Hub.

Closest bus stop is The Strand serviced by the following buses - 6, 6A, 12B, 85, 95, 128, 180, 216, 217, 218, 219, 319, 460, 480.

Although our wetsuits are washed after every use, please help us by wearing your own wetsuit wherever possible as we do not hve many wetsuits to lend out for sessions.

There are 2 private changing facilities on the side of Bude Sea Pool, however because these are very busy in the summer, arriving already changed in your wetsuit would be the easier option.

There are several cafes and shops close by but none at Bude Sea Pool.
