The Royal National Lifeboat Institution is a charity registered in England and Wales (209603), Scotland (SC037736), the Republic of Ireland (20003326), the Bailiwick of Jersey (14), the Isle of Man (Charity Registration number 1308 and Foreign Company Number 006329F), the Bailiwick of Guernsey and Alderney of West Quay Road, Poole, Dorset BH15 1HZ ("RNLI").

The Amateur Swimming Association (Swim England) Limited; is a charity registered in England and Wales (1175603), with Company Number 10931571 whose registered office is at Pavilion 3, SportPark, 3 Oakwood Drive, Loughborough, LE11 3QF. References in these Terms to 'We' or 'Us' are to both the RNLI and Swim England.

We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them

Governing Law

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
