The Royal National Lifeboat Institution is a charity registered in England and Wales (209603), Scotland (SC037736), the Republic of Ireland (20003326), the Bailiwick of Jersey (14), the Isle of Man (Charity Registration number 1308 and Foreign Company Number 006329F), the Bailiwick of Guernsey and Alderney of West Quay Road, Poole, Dorset BH15 1HZ ("RNLI").
The Amateur Swimming Association (Swim England) Limited; is a charity registered in England and Wales (1175603), with Company Number 10931571 whose registered office is at Pavilion 3, SportPark, 3 Oakwood Drive, Loughborough, LE11 3QF. References in these Terms to 'We' or 'Us' are to both the RNLI and Swim England.
By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.

We are not responsible for viruses and you must not introduce them
We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our site.

We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. Governing Law
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
